Can I use ConvertForge AI on WordPress?
Yes. ConvertForge AI includes a WordPress plugin ZIP that can load the widget and keep Website Brain updated when public posts or pages change. You can also install the widget manually with the JavaScript snippet.
Does ConvertForge AI crawl my website?
Yes, but only for authorized public website content. During setup, ConvertForge AI can index public pages such as homepage, menu/footer pages, product pages, pricing pages, FAQs, blog posts and public calls to action. It does not continuously scrape your site by default, and it does not intentionally crawl private areas, admin pages, checkout pages, account pages, password-protected content or non-authorized domains. Re-indexing can happen through a manual refresh or a page-update integration when a public page changes.
Can I request a demo before subscribing?
Yes. You can request a short private demo. We prepare a working ConvertForge AI setup for your website, keep it active for 3–4 days and send access credentials by email.
Does ConvertForge AI send visitor messages to OpenAI?
Yes. When AI replies are enabled, visitor messages can be processed by OpenAI to generate assistant responses. ConvertForge AI also includes template fallback replies, usage controls and project-level caps.
I purchased ConvertForge AI but did not receive the access email. What should I do?
Go to /login and enter the same email address you used at checkout. EarlyForge will send you a fresh secure magic link. If the email still does not arrive, contact hello@earlyforge.io with your purchase email so we can resend access manually.
